We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be new, unworn, with original packaging and tags attached
  • Process Time: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized footwear (including monogrammed items)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
  • Worn or damaged items (except in cases of manufacturing defects)

Simple Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using our return request template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the footwear in the original box, then place it in a shipping box. Include your RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center:

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange

  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original items
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
