Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in new, unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached. Please note:

  • All footwear must be returned in resalable condition
  • Original packaging and any included accessories must be returned
  • Shoes must show no signs of wear or damage

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized footwear (including monogrammed items)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
  • Worn or damaged items (except in cases of manufacturing defects)

Simple Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using our return request template below.
  2. Wait for Authorization
    Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack the footwear in the original box, then place it in a shipping box. Include your RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our returns center at:

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same steps as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the desired size/color
  2. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original items
  3. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
